This Privacy Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) constitute a legally binding agreement and govern use of the Online Consumer Mediation Centre, available on website (the “Platform“), which is provided, maintained and operated by Online Consumer Mediation Centre (the “Centre”) located at Academic Block, 2nd Floor, National Law School of India University, Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Its provisions may be enforced against the User under applicable law.
